KeyBank or KeyBank National Association is a major U.S. bank institution with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. It is chartered as a National Bank according to the FDIC and owned by KeyCorp, a holding company for KeyBank that is listed on the NYSE under the symbol 'KEY' and formed through a merger in 1994.

Its historical legacy goes as far back as 1825 with as at 2012 operating 1063 bank branches and 1584 ATMs in 15 states.
