Fifth Third Bank

Fifth Third Bank is a major regional bank in the United States.  It is a subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp, a US based financial services holding company. Its origins were from 1858 and its common stock is listed on the NASDAQ� National Global Select Market. It is chartered according to the FDIC as a Federal Reserve Member with its primary regulator being the Federal Reserve Board.

As at 2012 as listed on its website, it operates 1315 full-service banking centers or branches as well as 2404 ATMs in its markets. It operates in 12 U.S. states in the Midwest and southeast regions of the country. Its biggest presence is in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Indiana and Kentucky. While it offers the typical suite of banking products and services its savings and investment interest bearing products include interest checking accounts, high yield money market accounts, high yield savings accounts, minor savings accounts as well as standard CD accounts.
